In business, we always accomplish more when we work together, so Brandt designs all our products in partnership with owners, operators, and dealers. We gather our User Engagement Group three times throughout the process:
1.
Early on, we take the time to understand where your existing equipment is holding you back, and what changes could be made to help you be more productive
2.
Then we develop and present an initial product concepts, and you help us perfect it.
3.
And, finally, we bring you in to evaluate the prototype in person, giving you one last opportunity for feedback.
In other words, you express your thoughts on the ideal machine, we listen, then we deliver.

When it comes to product design, we consult with the experts: you. What are your challenges and frustrations with your current machines? Do they affect your productivity or contribute to downtime? And what are your thoughts on improvements? Tell us about it! We’ll use your feedback to create the ideal machine.
